Two young monkeys climbing the long nose of the giant tengu head at Kurama Station in spring: one rides it, one hangs from the tip, under the cherry blossoms.
The giant tengu greets every visitor who arrives by train. The current head went up in 2019, after heavy snow broke the old one's nose.
